On the morning of February 21st, the 2019 spring semester middle-level cadre seminar was held at the International Academic Exchange Center. The theme of the seminar is to study and implement the spirit of the national and provincial education conferences. Focusing on the five strategic priorities set by the third national congress of the party, we thoroughly discussed the annual measures for implementing the ten key projects. We will comprehensively enhance the ability of “school to lead universities” and accelerate the construction of "Double First-Class" initiative.
