Recently, national overseas high-level experts recruitment special office issued the Announcement of the Thirteenth Batch of The Recruitment Program of Global Experts, youth and entrepreneurship projects selected list". Dr. Leng, recommended by Qingdao University is on the list. It is a new breakthrough of our school in this project. In 2016, two provincial universities in Shandong were selected in the Thirteenth Batch of The Recruitment Program of Global Experts.

In 2004, Leng Shuguang obtained his doctorate in Labor Hygiene and Occupation Disease Research Institute of China Academy of Preventive Medicine.

From 2005 to 2008, Dr. Leng was conducting his M.D. postdoctoral research in the U.S. State New Mexico Lovelace Respiratory Research Institute.
