Recently, Shandong Provincial Department of Education announced the list of provincial universities innovation platform projects in 13th Five-Year plan. 167 key laboratories of Shandong provincial universities and colleges were approved to set up in total. Seven projects recommended by Qingdao University were approved, including the Lab of Optoelectronic Materials Physics and Devices, the Lab of New Power Integration and Environmental Protection and Energy Saving Technology, Big Data Technology Lab, the Lab of Statistical Analysis of Medical Data, the Lab of Cardiovascular Nucleic Acid Biology, the Lab of Clinical Ophthalmology and the Lab of Drug Targets Discovery and Identification.
