On February 27th, Elsevier China Science & Technology website released the list of “2016 Most Cited Chinese Researchers”, which contained a total of 1,776 Chinese scholars who are the most world influential to the public from 38 fields. Five professors of Qingdao University, Prof. Chen Bing, Prof. Lin Chong, Prof. Li Yanhui, Prof. Shen Youqing and Prof. Li Duo, in fields of computer science, control and system engineering, material science, nursing, etc. were selected into the list.
