On June 22nd,Lefebvre,University de Montreal of Canada, gave a visit to Qingdao University (QDU) to discuss cooperation between two colleges. President Fan Yuejin, College Party Secretary, met with the party of him in room 204 in office building in the morning.
Fan said that he expected to strengthen the cooperation withUniversity de Montreal. He hoped it could set a model of cooperation of education between China and Canada.
“we are confident in prospects for our cooperation,”Lefebvre said, “and look forward to strengthening cooperation in medical education and medical services as well as expanding fields to law and others based on this.”
In the afternoon, Vice President Yu Yongming, College Party Standing Committee member, met with Lefebvre in the fifth meeting room. They discussed the fields, scope and courses of the cooperation.
JIAO Jie, special adviser of International affairs office of University de Montreal, Wang Jianjun, adviser of QDU and officers of International exchanges and cooperation office, development planing office, etc. also attended the meeting.
